Le Moulin de Ponceau's menu indulges all the senses of the gourmet diners in a language that expertly transmits our passion for good food and fine cuisine.
Our recipes evolve, season after season, in line with the suggestions of our partner producers and artisans, reflecting the surrounding terroir and its many riches. As a result, the dishes on the menu are frequently changed.
We largely select our ingredients from sustainable and organic farms, with each bite telling a story - the story of the land and of the local savoir-faire.
We always offer four starters, four main courses and four desserts, including a vegetarian option, to satisfy each and every gourmet craving.
The "Lunch Menu", served during the week, includes a starter, main course and dessert and changes every three weeks. We also create festive menus throughout the year to celebrate special occasions such as Easter, Valentine's Day, Christmas and New Year's Eve.
Just like our dishes, the wine list regularly changes in line with our creative cuisine and the suggestions of the winemakers we work with.
